Now and again, you receive an email from a client that makes it all worthwhile. Believe me, I love what I do, and it is always worthwhile, but that does not stop me from showing off just a little.
We have long admired Mike’s relaxed, but focused, attitude towards the service industry as well as his fabulous sense of humour. We invited him to Swellendam to train our service staff for this past season. What an excellent decision. We cannot recommend him highly enough. He is approachable, kind, knowledgeable, up-sell motivated, passionate, experienced, sincere and authentic… and he manages to instil into and share all of this with staff that have never been on the receiving end of 5star service. He supplied all of them with a beautiful certificate at the end of their course that made them so happy and proud. We hope that he will return before our coming season for a refresher course.
